About

Care rooted in community.

Grand Oak Sheffield is a mosque-based childcare provider opening April 2026 inside Sheffield Grand Mosque on Petre Street. We're operated by Little Oak Early Years Ltd and founded by Dr Mohsan Rabani, a medically qualified professional with a personal mission to make excellent early years and after-school care accessible to working families in our community.

We run two services under one roof. Our nursery cares for children aged 0–3 across two calm rooms, with funded hours and private places. Our wraparound and Champions Club covers Reception through Year 6 — breakfast, after school, holiday club and specialist coaching in boxing, jiu-jitsu, Arabic, STEM, drama and more.

Faith-sensitive

Halal food and prayer-aware routines, with Arabic language and heritage woven into the day.

SEND-inclusive

Specialist training and quiet sensory-aware spaces. Every child has an individual plan.

Expert-led

Medically qualified founder, SCA framework, CWDP registration in progress, specialist coaches for each Champions discipline.

Our promise to families

  • · You'll always know who's caring for your child.
  • · You'll be welcomed in — settle-in visits, parent evenings, open communication.
  • · You'll see a real curriculum, not childminding-by-default.
  • · You'll never be quietly upsold — pricing stays transparent.
